By ordering today I am authorizing the credit card I provide to be charged by clicking to order and that charges will be billed under “HHC, LLC.” I represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of this website and I understand that I will be liable for payment of product that was shipped to me.
Shipping Information
I understand that Harbor Hemp Company only ships to addresses within the United States. All orders ship via USPS Priority mail and are packaged in corrugated boxes or bubble mailers. Your order will typically ship out within 2 business days after your payment is processed but may take up to 4 business days during high volume shipping times. Harbor Hemp Company’s business hours are 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $10 within the United States. Harbor Hemp Company offers free shipping on orders that total more than $75 AFTER any discount codes or sale prices are applied. Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact sales@harborhempcompany.com.
Return and Refund Policy
Harbor Hemp Company guarantees that the products you will receive in your order are brand new, authentic and in original packaging. Products that are unopened and unused may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns.
Harbor Hemp will only accept returns and provide refunds for purchases made on this site and cannot facilitate returns for purchases made at stores, events or other eCommerce channels. Refunds are issued at Harbor Hemp’s discretion and are not always guaranteed.
As users have individual experiences with CBD use, we DO NOT offer a money back guarantee. If you have questions about whether you product is eligible for return, please email us at sales@harborhempcompany.com.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a monthly subscription service for any of the products on this site, the terms of service will be automatically renewed for additional periods of the same duration as the initial term at the then-current fee for such services unless you opt out of the auto-renewal or decline to renew your subscription.
Coupon Codes and Promotions Coupon codes and promotions are valid for purchases at harborhempcompany.com. One use per customer. Cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounts. Excludes apparel, hand sanitizer, gift sets, subscriptions and wholesale orders, shipping and tax. Additional terms, such as expiration date, may apply.
